You may download, print, and complete an application form for each child applying for admission. Applications submitted after March 1 will be reviewed if additional spaces remain.

If you would rather have us send the forms to you, call us at (479) 646-7225, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  All elementary students applying for admission must submit a recommendation form from their current teacher and all academic records from their previous grades. ELEMENTARY RECOMMENDATION FOR ADMITTANCE FORM

As soon as the application, appropriate application fee, and other necessary documents, including the recommendation form and academic records of elementary applicants, have been recieved the prospective student's interview may be scheduled.
